The Service
Your File Tools provides free, browser-based tools for working with images, PDFs and text. All processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive or store your files. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.
Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the files and content you process, and you must have the necessary rights to use them.
- You must not use the Service to process or create unlawful content, to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights, or for any unlawful purpose.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, attack, or abuse the Service or interfere with other users.
Output and accuracy
The tools are provided for convenience. Results (such as compression, conversion or OCR output) may not be perfect for every file — please review outputs before relying on them.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us. The files you process remain entirely yours; we claim no rights over them.
Third-party services
The Service displays advertising via Google and may download processing components from third-party CDNs. Your use of those is also subject to the applicable third parties' terms and policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.
Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
